I'm doing the February Record A Day on instagram and today is any 7" so I choose the Blackspot / Triceratops "Banana Split" because it's the only record I have with a sleeve that was made especially for me. Spread The Disease (STD) was an Canadian band and side project of Dave from New Day Rising. They made a name for themselves here in the states and in Canada by playing unrelenting metal and violent shows.
