Erie, PA's Human Animal just released a video for Dark Days, which is a track off of their self-released EP from earlier this year.

Here's what the band had to say about it on their site:
Today is the day.  It’s time to drop our new video for “Dark Days”.  We had always wanted to shoot a video for this song as it was the first we ever wrote & also the title track from our debut EP that was released earlier this year.  We had a ton of fun filming it with Tyler from Press & Release Media and we think he did an amazing job with what we envisioned.
The video features many of our favorite spots in our beloved city of Erie, PA.  The vacant lot where all of the band footage was shot is actually the former location of an old venue called Shooters.  Many of us saw some of our first live Erie hardcore shows there over 2 decades ago.  Now we can say we played there as well even if there’s no walls or floor!  We’ll definitely be working with Tyler again in the future for some new videos.

Human Animal is based out of Erie, PA and features members from such Erie luminaries as Brother's Keeper, Abnegation, Disciple, Shockwave and more.  This is also EMS' first turn at fronting a band, as opposed to his normal role as bass player.
They have recorded a 5 song EP and it's currently available for free download.

Here are some links to check them out:

Before it was reissued by SA Mob, Disciple's debut EP, "Lantern" was originally released via Ole Crow Records with a completely different layout.  I've scanned both covers, the insert and the CD itself for those that want to see the differences as well as listen to the songs.

Many people in the 90s (and very much so today) had/have mixed views on religion in hardcore. Many feel that it has no place in hardcore while others disagree and still some others just don't care one way or the other. In the early 90s, many kids jumped on the Krishna bandwagon with religion obviously being the focal point (see what I did there?). Kids supported Shelter, 108 and Equal Vision Records but as soon as the the topic of Christian hardcore came to the forefront, it was as if that certain elephant was in the room and everyone was glaring at it. I don't consider myself religious by any stretch but I respect what others believe as long as they respect me. A band like xDisciplex (and later xDisciplex AD) is a band that, though they were a Christian band, I gave 100% respect too. Extremely nice guys who didn't force their beliefs on anyone...more of a "hey we believe this and its cool if you don't". This interview was conducted by Adel Collins from her excellent "I Stand Alone" fanzine and was printed in the summer of 1997, right after the band released their "Scarab" 7 inch on Surprise Attack Records.
