Just converted a nice, early set of Strain from 12/11/92 in Vancouver, BC at South Wall, which was above the Mickey MacDougall Arena. This was a year after their demo, but still almost two years before their s/t EP on Overkill.

With the King Of The Monsters fest just a mere week away, it seemed like a great time to rip and post this Groundwork set from the On The Edge radio show on WPSC 88.7 FM from the summer of 1993. It's heavy on tracks from the split with Unbroken and the Living In Fear 7" with a couple from the (at the time) yet to be released full length as well.

More details are emerging about the 'Sell It For What It's Worth' Chokehold discography that will be released soon on A389 Recordings.
We will be offering three separate LPs that will contain:
PRISON OF HOPE w/ INSTILLED BONUS TRACKS
CONTENT WITH DYING w/ TOOTH AND NAIL BONUS TRACKS
SELF TITLED LP w/ DEMOs / EPs / COMPILATION TRACKS
There will also be a ‘Black Box’ set limited to 100 pieces that will offer the above on limited black vinyl as well as a bonus flexi, tape and more.
All of the band’s recorded output will be compiled for a 2xCD / Digital Collection as well entitled ‘Sell It For What It’s Worth. Stay tuned for preorder information to be announced soon.
