This three way split CD, featuring Watership Down, LIGHT and Chalkline came out on Primrose Records in 1997.  If you've never heard this split, you might remember Watership Down from their 7" on Immigrant Sun, and Chalkline from their releases on Shandle Records.  Although I don't have a copy, it appears that LIGHT also released a CD on Uprising Records.

I picked this up years ago when I saw Chalkline. A great release, just wish I had more music from Watership down and LIGHT.

Is the band LIGHT the same band that is on Steadfast records compilation "Radiowaves and gibberish"? That band was spelled L.I.G.H.T., but anyways.

Thank you very much for this.

Same band. They started out with a heavy Christian point of view and the name stood for Living In God's Heart Today. They later toned it down and changed to Living In Good Harmony Together. They used to play shows with Chalkline in the mid 90s Cleveland often.

I went to high school with the dudes in LIGHT, I still listen to their original demo tape, 5 song EP and this split from time to time. Chalkline was pretty good too. I remember hanging out smoking cigarettes with the drummer from Watership Down when he worked at Drug Mart in Westlake. Godtimes.
