For everyone who digs vinyl, our debut EP "Planet Hospice" is now available on RED vinyl from American Enemy Records. From what I understand, the first pressing is limited to 300 copies on Red with the 2nd pressing coming soon. They come on black vinyl and have silk screened cover chipboard sleeves with art from Gavin Ogelsby. They are individually hand numbered.
The center labels arrived at the pressing plant before the plates, so they used the actual labels for the test pressing.

When Seventh Dagger gave Prayer For Cleansing's "The Rain In Endless Fall" a proper vinyl release in 2004, they included a lyric insert that also featured song explanations from vocalist, David Anthem. With a mere 300 copies pressed, there are probably a lot of people that have never seen these lyric explanations and Seventh Dagger was kind enough to provide a scan of the insert.

Somehow or another, my old band ended playing a bunch of shows with Wisconsin's 7 Angels 7 Plagues. We just always ended playing the same shows together even though we were from Florida and they were from Wisconsin. We all just had a mutual admiration for each others bands and became good friends. Those dudes could seriously roll some dice...I'm almost positive that their band cash box had no lock because they were constantly digging in there for singles to play C-Lo. The band would eventually run its course, as most bands do, and break up with members joining Dead To Fall and others forming Misery Signals and For Death And Glory. The band only released a demo (which would later be re-released as an EP) and their only full length, "Jhazmyne's Lullaby", both on Uprising Records. When the demo was re-released, the band came up with brand new layout similar to the full length. I picked up the original demo when we played with them at....Filthy Fest I think it was called...in Philadelphia. Hamartia also played...good day. I scanned the original layout so you can take a gander at what the original looked like.

My friend, Jason, recently posted this 7" over on his We Gotta Know Podcast blog, but he said that he acquired the rip from the internet and it didn't sound spectacular, so I've ripped my copy and uploaded it.
Here's what Jason had to say about Capone, who were from Vancouver, BC:
"Capone were a Vancouver Hardcore band from the mid/late 1990s. Comprised of Johnny Franco (Vocals) and his cousins John and Joe Franco (Guitar and Drums), Jay David (Bass) and Ryan Howlett (Guitar). They were very influenced by Strain in their sound, and the comparisons were apparent due to both Johnny's vocal style and the fact that John also wrote and played guitar in Strain as well. I don't remember anyone complaining, and I sure as hell wasn't. Strain were and still are one of my favorite bands, and Capone definitely had the same qualities that Strain did, as well as a few more old school sounding riffs to them as well at times. Regardless, Capone were great live and on record. Heavy, crushing, fast and dark sounding. Their 7" brings back awesome memories of that time period. Strain, Sparkmarker, Brand New Unit, Minority, Dissent, Three X Words, Plains Of Abraham... Packed shows at Crosstown Traffic, The Loft, Hastings Community Centre and Elgin Hall in White Rock. That '95 Era is peronally my favorite time in Vancouver Hardcore history, and Capone were most definitely part of the reason. Download the 7" below. Hit play.
