Amendment Records has acquired the rights to the Shield - Vampire Songs album, and they are giving it a proper vinyl treatment.
Obscure gem from the mid-nineties Umea HC scene. Yes, they came from the same scene as Refused, Final Exit, Abhinanda, and many more. Every band from this scene seemed to have their own sound which would keep many people interested on what was going on in Umea during that period of time.
Shield wasn't the exception. The acoustic parts and overall dark sound would be the band's own stamps.
Originally released on CD by Desperate Fight Records in 1995, this is one of the most interesting records I've ever heard from the old continent. Includes the song “Kaleidoscope” from the SXE As Fuck II Compilation, which is arguably their best song ever.
LP includes digital download.

Jukai hail from Long Island, NY and have a sound that is heavy on the mid - late 90s metalcore front.  I don't know much of anything about these guys, but it looks like they're becoming pretty active in their area.  I was pleasantly surprised when I gave it a listen.  Perhaps you will be too.

Human Animal is based out of Erie, PA and features members from such Erie luminaries as Brother's Keeper, Abnegation, Disciple, Shockwave and more.  This is also EMS' first turn at fronting a band, as opposed to his normal role as bass player.
They have recorded a 5 song EP and it's currently available for free download.

Here are some links to check them out:

A little while back, Losing Skin (Spokane, WA) added a full length album to their bandcamp page.  You can stream the entire album, or buy mp3/flac for a mere $5.  I highly suggest checking it out if you're into heavy, dark hardcore.  And here's to hoping a label will get smart and give it a proper vinyl release.

Losing Skin are also gearing up for an October tour, and here are the dates:
